From agreeing to fill in and run meditation classes whilst the charity was looking for a class leader Lesa started her incredible classes and we are overjoyed that she has stayed! In supporting others here at Neuro DropIn, our beautiful community has been invaluable for Lesa in developing self-acceptance and helping members do the same!
